Kind Words & Mama Wins…

Everyone wants to hold the baby… but who holds the mother?

The first 1001 days of life (conception to age 2) are the most crucial part of an infant’s development.

It is during this time that the foundations are set for their future, including their mental wellbeing. And with a mental health crisis in the world, it is vital we take action to ensure all children get the very best start in life,

BUT

this can ONLY happen if mums are supported too.

The first 1001 Days can be one of the most challenging times for mothers physically, mentally & emotionally.

I believe that when a mother is fully supported (including her mental and emotional wellbeing), she can ensure her baby has everything it needs

to create a strong foundation for the future.

The wellbeing & happiness of a mother and her baby are deeply linked and need to stop being seen as separate.

And it doesn’t end after those early days.

Motherhood is challenging no matter what age your children are, and supporting mothers at every stage is something I think is hugely important.

Find out how I can support you…
