Writing has been a part of my life since I was little and used to make up stories to share with my teddy bears. Over the years I have continued writing and have had the privilege of supporting other women with their own writing projects. Whether it’s reading books or writing my own things, words have always helped me to make sense of things and this is especially true when it comes to journaling.
