I think that writing is a great wellbeing tool, whether we are delving into our imagination and creating fictional worlds or going deep into research and personal experiences for non-fiction. Whether you want to be published or simply become the keeper of your own family stories and history, writing is something that we can all enjoy. Whatever style of writing you love, it has the power to heal and create greater emotional health.
