COSY BOOKLOVERS CIRCLE (First Friday of every month)
Length: 2 Hours (7.30-9.30 pm)
COST:
Max Number of Women: 6
Overview:
We start with 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga (think blankets, bolsters, eye masks, and lying down!)
25 minutes cosy Book Reading - Bring Your Own Book (tea & coffee made - biscuits offered)
Circle Discussion on our books - 60 minutes (can read a passage out, talk about themes, etc.)
Closing - 5 minutes
(includes tea, coffee, biscuits/cake)
COSY WRITERS CIRCLE (first Saturday of every month)
We start with 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga (think blankets, bolsters, eye masks, and lying down!)
Then we have our prompt for the session and do a 10-minute timed Journaling / Freewriting

Second timed writing practice 10 minutes
Third timed writing practice 10 minutes
Dance it out
Then we come into circle and share our experience with the writing prompts - can share writing if want to or bits of it/thoughts, etc. - 50 minutes
Closing - 5 minutes
(includes tea, coffee, biscuits/cake)
