I am currently offering private Baby Massage sessions via Zoom, for babies 6 weeks+ just use the form below to get in touch. If you have a partner they are very welcome to join us but please note that only one of you can massage your baby in a session. If you have a toddler then head to my online store for my Story Massage Adventure Resources that are better suited to little ones aged 2+.

Private Infant Massage Sessions:

We will meet for 4 sessions, lasting from 30-45 minutes (depending on how your baby is feeling) and over these sessions you will learn:

  • how to do a full-body massage - broken down into easy-to-learn sections over the 4 weeks

  • songs and rhymes to use to keep sessions fun

  • how to use mindfulness to make baby massage a truly beautiful bonding experience for you and your baby

  • about the benefits of baby massage for your baby’s development and wellbeing, & the benefits for you too

  • how baby massage triggers the release of oxytocin which is vital for bonding and is known as the ‘cuddle’ or ‘love’ hormone

  • I’ll also show you strokes to help with teething pain, colds, constipation, and I can give you tips for colic relief too if necessary

Total Cost: $90NZD*

*you will need to provide your own oil - this should be organic sunflower seed oil or fractionated coconut oil. All clients receive a free PDF Baby Massage guide to keep and videos to remind them how to do the strokes.

P.S. Want to save money? If you have some mum friends who would also like to learn Baby Massage, why not gather them together? I can organise group sessions for you either in person (held in Havelock North, New Zealand) or over Zoom for the same cost - you just split it between you.
